Guangren Duan,Harbin Institute of Technology

Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, CAA Fellow, IEEE Fellow, IET Fellow; Founder of automation discipline in Southern University of Science and Technology, Honorary Director of Research Centre for Control Theory and Guidance Technology in Harbin Institute of Technology; Head of Changjiang Scholars' Innovative Team in Ministry of Education, Head of Innovative Groups, Major Projects, and Projects of Basic Science Centre in National Natural Science Foundation of China. He is (was) an expert in national defence science and technology of the Science and Technology Committee of the Central Military Commission, the convenor of the 8th Discipline Review Group of Control Science and Engineering of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, a member of the Expert Group of the National 863 Plan, a member of the Information Department of the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Education and the executive director of the Chinese Society of Automation. He was awarded the second prize of the National Natural Science as the first complete person, and was also awarded the Fourth China Youth Science and Technology Award, the Outstanding Contribution Award of the Control Theory Committee of the Chinese Society of Automation, and the title of National Outstanding Scientific and Technological Worker; in 2021, he proposed a brand new control theoretical system called ‘Total Driven System Theory’, and the related research results were selected as one of the ‘Top Ten Chinese Higher Education Institutions’ in 2023. In 2021, he proposed a new control theory system ‘Total Drive System Theory’, and his research results were selected as one of the ‘Top Ten Scientific and Technological Progresses in China's Higher Education Institutions’ in 2023, and won the special prize of the Natural Science Prize of Heilongjiang Province in 2023; he has published more than 500 SCI papers, and three books in English; he has trained two national excellent doctoral dissertation winners, and the doctoral students he trained have grown up to be national excellent youth, IEEE He has trained 2 national excellent doctoral thesis winners, and some of his doctoral students have grown up to be national excellent youths, IEEE Fellows, Changjiang Scholars, National Distinguished Youths, and academicians of the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

Xibin Cao,  Harbin Institute of Technology

Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering and an expert in spacecraft system design. He has long been devoted to the research on basic theories, innovative technologies and engineering applications of small satellites, and has made innovative achievements in the integration of small satellites, star-rocket integration and flexible platform design. He has won two second prizes for national technological inventions and one second prize for national scientific and technological progress as the first complete person, and three of his achievements have been selected as one of the top ten scientific and technological advances in Chinese universities, and two of his achievements have been listed in the 2016 China's White Paper on Spaceflight. He was awarded the title of National Model Teacher, the First National Innovation and Pioneering Award, and the Qian Xuesen Outstanding Contribution Award.


Yong Li,  Beijing Institute of Control Engineering

Yong Li is a Professor and Ph.D. Supervisor, currently serving as the Director of the Beijing Institute of Control Engineering. He also leads the National Key Laboratory of Space Intelligent Control Technology. Dr. Li is the Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the China Inertial Technology Society, and a councilmember of the Chinese Society of Astronautics and the China Machinery Industry Federation. He is recognized as a distinguished young and middle-aged scientific innovator in the Ministry of Science and Technology. Dr. Li serves as Chief Scientist for projects under the National Key Research and Development Program and undertakes more than 10 national level projects, including key projects of the National Natural Science Foundation Enterprise Joint Fund. Dr. Li has published over 100 academic papers,  authored five monographs, and holds more than 60 authorized patents.He has received several awards for his contributions, including the First Prize of the Beijing Science and Technology Award, and the Aerospace Contribution Award.
