IFAC-ACA 2025 Sponsorship Invitation for Enterprises
The 23rd IFAC symposium on Automatic Control in Aerospace (IFAC-ACA 2025), organized by the International Federation of Automatic Control and the Chinese Association of Automation, and hosted by Harbin Institute of Technology and the Beijing Institute of Control Engineering, will be held from August 2nd to 6th, 2025, in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, China. To date, the conference has received 526 paper submissions from over 70 institutions across 15 countries and regions globally. The anticipated number of participants is 700-1000. To ensure the success of this conference, we sincerely invite relevant enterprises to actively participate as sponsors.
I、 Sponsor Tier Classification
IFAC-ACA 2025 will establish three tiers of sponsorship, as follows:
Gold Sponsorship: Sponsorship Fee CNY 100,000.
Silver Sponsorship: Sponsorship Fee CNY 60,000.
Bronze Sponsorship: Sponsorship Fee CNY 30,000.
Sponsors at different tiers will enjoy different sponsor benefits (For items below involving sponsor ranking, ranking will be based on Gold, Silver, Bronze sponsorship order. Ranking within the same tier will be determined comprehensively based on factors such as the time of sponsorship confirmation).
II、Sponsor Benefits
Common Sponsor Benefits:
1. Acknowledgement as a sponsor on the conference website, including the company logo.
2. Permission to bring one roll-up banner for company promotion placed outside the conference venue.
Gold Sponsor Benefits:
1. 5 complimentary registration slots.
2. Naming rights for the Closing Ceremony Banquet.
3. One position for award presenter at the Closing Ceremony.
4. Two pages of color advertisement in the Conference Proceedings (A4 size, content self-provided).
5. Distribution of company promotional materials or small gifts within the conference delegate bag.
6. Playback of the sponsor's promotional video prior to conference sessions and the Closing Ceremony (video length not exceeding 3 minutes).
7. One standard exhibition booth (3m * 2m) including priority booth location selection and conference secretariat support benefits.
Silver Sponsor Benefits:
1. 3 complimentary registration slots.
2. Two pages of color advertisement in the Conference Proceedings (A4 size, content self-provided).
3. Distribution of company promotional materials or small gifts within the conference delegate bag.
4. Playback of the sponsor's promotional video in a suitable location within the conference venue (video length not exceeding 2 minutes).
5. One standard exhibition booth (3m * 2m).
Bronze Sponsor Benefits:
